2gether was the first and only single from the New Power Generation’s debut ‘solo’ album, and the first credited solely to the band.

It debuted at retail stalls during the Act II tour, starting with the 31 August 1993 show at the Palais Omnisports de Paris-Bercy in Paris, France.

Later, it was sold at The New Power Generation Stores in Minneapolis and London, but never saw a wider retail release. Featuring multiple remixes with uncredited remixers, the single’s limited distribution meant it wasn’t eligible for the charts. Released: 31 August 1993 – first sold at concert retail stalls.
