Neo Manifesto is a 36‑page, full‑colour paperback published by Paisley Park Enterprises in 1994. The book presents a curated collection of photographs taken by French photographer Claude Gassian during the Act II era in 1993, paired with selected Prince lyrics.

The imagery is enhanced through design and photo manipulation by Paisley Park, Jeff Munson, and Charles Hermes, giving the book a distinct visual identity aligned with Prince’s early‑1990s aesthetic.

Across its pages, Neo Manifesto combines Gassian’s portraits with lyrics from Color, Crystal Ball, And How, Everybody Wants What They Don’t Got, Don’t Talk 2 Strangers, Empty Room, Old Friends 4 Sale, and God Is Alive, creating a hybrid of photography and text that reflects Prince’s introspective creative period.
