An elegant promotional brochure for Paisley Park Studios, featuring minimalist design on the cover and a stunning architectural photograph of the newly completed facility that would become Prince’s creative sanctuary.

The front cover has a clean, off-white background with “Paisley Park Studios” elegantly printed vertically on the right side, accompanied by a small colorful spiral logo. The interior spread showcases a full-bleed color photograph of the bright white, modern studio complex under a vivid blue sky with clouds, set on expansive green lawns.

CONTEXT AND NOTES

Construction of Paisley Park began in 1986 following the success of Purple Rain. The $10 million complex officially opened on September 11, 1987, in Chanhassen, Minnesota. This brochure was likely produced as a promotional piece for the opening, intended for media, potential collaborators, or visitors. It became the hub for Prince’s recording, rehearsals, and much of his later creative output.
