The A‑side was the same version later released on Child Of The Sun.

In retrospect, The Most Beautiful Boy In The World can be considered the album’s first single as it was more widely available than the If I Love U 2night single in 1994.

The B‑side, ¿Quieres Ser El Más Bello De Este Mundo?, is a Spanish version of the song with the same backing tracks and is not available elsewhere.

The single did not enter the charts.
