THE STORY “Te Amo Corazón” was the first single released from Prince’s 31st studio album 3121 (2006).

The romantic, mid-tempo track marked Prince’s return to a major label (Universal) and showcased his continued ability to blend funk, pop, and Latin influences.

The song was issued to radio and as promotional singles in late 2005 ahead of the album’s release.

CONTEXT & NOTES

This is a scarce Danish promotional CD single housed in a cardboard sleeve with a black starry space background and white info panel. The disc itself continues the cosmic theme with “For Promotion Only - Not For Sale” markings. It was distributed to radio and media in Denmark via Universal Music A/S in Copenhagen.
