it was the first single from Prince's 31st album, 3121. However, the of the single's release, neither the album name nor its release information was known

The was available as a download (both audio video) through the NPG Music Club on December 13, 2005 the US written as 12/13, which reads backwards as 3121), with a CD release following a week later on December 20, 2005, and CD release following on February 14, 2006.

Unusually, the CD single contained only one track, with no b-side (remix or otherwise).

The single achieved a peak position of number 67 on the US Billboard R&B/Hip-Hop Songs Chart, but did not manage to enter the Billboard 100.
