THE STORY
Released on July 21, 1987 as the third single from Sign o’ the Times, “U Got The Look” paired Prince with Sheena Easton (uncredited on the sleeve) in a fiery duet. The track also features Sheila E. on percussion and Prince performing additional vocals as his alter ego “Camille.” The US 12" included extended mixes, while the UK received a picture disc variant. The single became one of the biggest hits of the era, reaching No. 2 on the US Billboard Hot 100.
