THE STORY
Chaos and Disorder was originally released in 1996 during the final stages of Prince’s contract with Warner Bros. Often described as one of his more raw and rock-oriented albums, it finally received its long-awaited vinyl debut in this limited purple edition.
CONTEXT & NOTES
Recorded at Paisley Park and South Beach Studios, the album features The New Power Generation and includes fan favorites such as “Dinner With Delores.” This 2019 reissue includes a download card for MP3s via We Are Vinyl. Note: The outer sleeve has a minor error listing “Zannalee” on the wrong side.
