THE STORY

“The One U Wanna C” was issued as a promotional CD single in the Netherlands and Denmark in 2007, after the commercial single “Guitar”. The Dutch promo featured specially designed artwork, while the Danish version was released in a plain generic sleeve. The CD contained only the album version of the track. Unusually, an official music video was released almost a year later, compiled from photographs taken during the 21 Nights book project.

CONTEXT & NOTES

The single did not enter the main Dutch Top 40 but reached #14 on the Tipparade in October 2007. It received limited promotion outside the Netherlands and Denmark and remains one of the rarer physical promos from the Planet Earth era.
