THE STORY Released on February 22, 2013 via 3rdEyeGirl.com, “Live Out Loud” was the first official single from Prince’s new power-trio project 3RDEYEGIRL.
Lead vocals are performed by Hannah Ford, Donna Grantis, and Ida Nielsen, with lyrics by Liv Warfield and music composed by Prince (who also provides background vocals). The track had earlier surfaced via fan streams and Minnesota radio before Prince made it officially available for download.
CONTEXT & NOTES “Live Out Loud” emerged during the early formation of 3RDEYEGIRL in late 2012/early 2013.
