RS2 is the second solo album by Rhonda Smith, Prince’s primary bass guitarist from 1996–2004. It is the first and only Rhonda Smith album to feature input by Prince, who contributed lead and rhythm guitar to the track Time, but did not participate in writing or production. Basic tracking likely took place in late 2005 or 2006 at The Manor (Alpharetta, GA) or Slow Wine Music (Sherman Oaks, CA), without Prince input.
