The second and final single from Minneapolis Genius, issued two and a half months after the album. Released exclusively on 12" vinyl, it contains three mixes of Pepé Willie’s composition, featuring early‑era contributions from Prince, André Cymone, and Alvin Moody.
🟣 The Story
Issued without promotion, If You Feel Like Dancin’ functioned as a companion piece to the first 94 East compilation. The single offered three exclusive mixes unavailable on the album, including two different dance versions and a radio edit. Despite the presence of Prince on guitar and synthesizer, the release did not chart. A U.S. test pressing also exists, sharing the same catalogue number and track configuration.
