Diamonds And Pearls Tour Warm-Up on Yellow Vinyl


Released as a limited edition Record Store Day 2025 exclusive on April 12, 2025, by NPG Records / Warner Records (catalogue: 19802895581 / RCV1 727572 / 081227811532), Prince and The New Power Generation’s Live At Glam Slam is a 2-LP yellow vinyl set (with a single-sided etched side 6) capturing the complete January 11, 1992, preview concert at Glam Slam, Minneapolis.



This performance previewed the upcoming Diamonds And Pearls tour and was originally issued within the 2021 Diamonds And Pearls Super Deluxe Edition. The 2025 stand-alone RSD release is limited worldwide (4,000 copies per the US RSD page, plus additional copies in other markets).

Recorded live at Glam Slam, Minneapolis, January 11, 1992. Mixed from the 24-track master. Housed in a triple gatefold sleeve with glossy picture sleeves and credits. Records pressed on yellow 140g vinyl. Made in the Czech Republic.


Legacy

Live At Glam Slam is a high-energy document of Prince previewing the Diamonds And Pearls era — funky, flirtatious, and full of live charisma. The 2025 RSD yellow vinyl edition is a collector’s standout.
