Alice Cooper’s Old School (1964-1974), released through Universal Music Enterprises on December 4, 2012 (catalog number B0017607-02), is a 3-CD and 1-DVD box set chronicling the early years of the Alice Cooper Group. Featuring demos, pre-production and rehearsal recordings, radio spots, interview anecdotes, and a full live show from the 1971 Killer tour in St. Louis, the set also includes School’s Out demos, live versions, and original recording sessions with producer Bob Ezrin and the kids’ choir. Accompanied by a 60-page yearbook with rare photos, it was praised in a 2012 Classic Rock review for its comprehensive dive into Cooper’s rise as a shock-rock pioneer.
