Picture of the Week
MARC BOLAN
Marc Bolan is dead. But he lives on in the hearts of his many fans. We want to commemorate him with the Picture of the Week at BRAVO headquarters. Marc was born on September 30, 1947, in London. At just 14, the handsome boy was a model, showcasing his own designs of shirts and suits. At 16, he hitchhiked to Paris and apprenticed with a magician. In August 1969, Marc met Mickey Finn and together they founded the band T. Rex. Marc Bolan died on September 16 of this year in the wreckage of a car driven by his girlfriend, Gloria Jones
