Alice Cooper’s How You Gonna See Me Now, released through Warner Bros. Records on November 17, 1978, as a 7” vinyl single (catalog number WBS 8695), was the lead single from the From the Inside album. Written by Alice Cooper, Bernie Taupin, and Dick Wagner, performed by Cooper, and produced by David Foster, it peaked at No. 12 on the US Billboard Hot 100, No. 9 in Australia, and No. 9 in the Netherlands, while reaching No. 61 on the UK Singles Chart. Noted in a 1979 Billboard review for its introspective balladry, the song was a staple of Cooper’s ‘Madhouse Rocks Tour’ supporting From the Inside but has not been performed live since 1980.
