By Tyrannosaurus Rex was released on Regal Zonophone in the UK and Blue Thumb in the US; it was the duos first album to be released in the US.
It reached number 12 in the UK Albums Chart
First charting on June 7th and spending 3 weeks on the chart
The album was released in a laminated gatefold cover in mono with red labels, and in stereo with blue labels
