(Trax from the NPG Music Club Volume One) is Prince's twenty-ninth studio album, released by NPG Records. It was made available exclusively as a download through his NPG Music Club website. Except for "The Dance," all tracks were initially accessible on the same website in 2001, though some may have been altered musically or lyrically. "U Make My Sun Shine," a duet with Angie Stone, was released as a single in 2001. Three additional tracks were briefly available as CD singles during Prince's 2001 Hit'N'Run Tour: "Supercute," "Underneath the Cream," and "Gamillah." The album's name is derived from a line in "Judas Smile." "The Dance" was later re-recorded for the 2006 album 3121. Except for "Judas Smile" and "The Dance," all tracks were once part of the shelved album project High.

The download page's disc artwork displayed a slightly altered album configuration, omitting "The Dance" and including "My Medallion," indicating a last-minute decision by Prince to swap these songs. In 2015, the album was released on the streaming service Tidal in this revised configuration, featuring the full-length version of "U Make My Sun Shine." In 2018, it became available on other platforms like Spotify and the iTunes Store.

The digital version (.wma) is the original issue. Most tracks were made available individually in 2001/2002 through the NPG Music Club in mp3 format, however.

A digital lossless version became available on Tidal in September 2015, and subsequently on all streaming and digital platforms. This version utilized the original unissued 2003 configuration, featuring a different song and a slightly altered track order.
