was released by Faces it was fourth and final studio album by the band and reached number one on the UK Albums Chart during the week of April 28, 1973. It was last reissued on CD in a remastered and expanded edition on August 28, 2015, featuring early rehearsal takes of three tracks. This reissue was part of the 1970–1975: You Can Make Me Dance, Sing Or Anything... box set, which included the entire Faces studio recordings catalogue. The vinyl version of the box set did not have any bonus tracks but did replicate the original LP artwork and 'animated' cover.

The album cover was created by Jim Ladwig, featuring a stylized photo of "Gastone," a stage character from 1920s Italian comedian Ettore Petrolini. The original LP had an Art Deco-inspired cover designed so that pressing down the top edge of the sleeve would reveal a hidden die-cut element, causing Gastone's eyes to change color and move sideways, while his jaw dropped into a leering smile. The back cover also included Art Deco design elements, detailed song information, and album credits, along with tinted individual portraits of the band members. Inside the original gatefold sleeve, there was a large stylized photomontage of the band in a typical 'laddish' pose, admiring a can-can dancer, referencing the title track's lyrics.
