In a retrospective review, Pitchfork gave it 9.5 out of 10 and ranked it the 20th best album of the ‘70s Rolling Stone Magazine ranked it the 160th best album of all time. This was the start of of a year when TREX ruled the airwaves and charts, culminating in the release of the movie Born To Boogie.
